Returns & Exchanges

We attach great importance to quality. All products will be checked before they are sent out to ensure that there are no quality problems.

1. If you need to return, please contact us by email first. Please email to jacky@zokophome.com and tell me your order number and why you want to return or exchanges.

2. If we send the wrong goods, you don't have to bear any cost, we will send the correct to you again.

3. If the product is defective, please contant us within 30 days. Please send the picture of the defective product and tell me your order number. We will resend the parts for you. If we can't reissue the parts, we will exchange them for free. Please note that we do not accept returns and exchanges outside 45 days.

4. If you are in the United States, you need to be responsible for delivery to our American warehouse.
We will refund within 3 working days after received the goods. Please note that the original freight is not included.
Note: The returned goods need to be brand new and unused. We do not accept the return after use.

5. We can't guarantee 100% perfect of the product. The color of the product may deviate a little due to different monitors.
In the process of transportation, it is difficult to avoid some slight friction, hope you can understand.
